If you need service on sunglasses purchased before this date, please contact Outlaw Eyewear customer support. Prescription lenses come with an optional warranty that is separate from this plan.

Frame Warranty:
All premium OutLaw Eyewear Tactical Aluminum Sunglasses, such as the Fugitive TAC, come with an automatic 10-year warranty against Manufacturer's Defects on the frame upon registration. Please register here.

If your sunglasses are damaged and it’s not covered by the warranty, please contact us anyway as we can often help. We do our best to support our loyal customers for life. A low cost repair or trade-up to a new sunglass will be available so you can use your sunglasses for as long as you like. Oftentimes, we can send you a replacement part to take care of simple issues.

All non-ballistic sunglasses such as the Wayfarer Mg and Maverick Aviator come with a 1 year frame warranty. 

Disclaimer: For frame warranty service, we will repair or replace the frame, at our discretion, in a timely manner. We may also ship you a part if it is a simple issue.

Lens Warranty:
Standard sunglasses lenses are not covered by any warranty. These lenses can be replaced for a range of about $49-$89 if you should damage them.

FAQ

Are Damages On Lenses Due To Alcohol Based Cleaners Covered?
Damage due to sunscreen, Alcohol, Alcohol based lens cleaners, non OutLaw lens cleaning products, military use, war, acts of god, and disasters are not covered under the standard warranty. A separate warranty is available for military or industrial use.

What Is The Proper Way To Clean My OutLaw Eyewear Sunglass Lenses?
To properly clean and maintain your Polycarbonate shatter resistant lenses, please use only our recommended OutLaw Eyewear Tactical Lens Cleaning Gel and Optical Microfiber Cleaning Cloths. Other cleaners and single-use wipes contain alcohol that causes the lens coatings to strip off and can eventually damage the lens material. This happens to all brands of Polycarbonate shatter resistant lenses, not just ours. We explain this in a very obvious way so customers get the most life out of their Outlaw Eyewear.
