Shipping & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may do an exchange for another product we carry within 14 days of your receipt provided we receive the product and all of its accompanied items back in 100% new and undamaged condition. The exchange period for products purchased in the December Holiday Season will be extended to reasonably cover holiday purchases. You may also opt for a refund of the product cost within 1 week of your receipt of the product.
Items that we receive for return or exchange that have any damage will be refused. A restocking fee sometimes applies. Shipping fees incurred are not refundable.
You must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from us before you ship us the sunglasses back.
Custom made products, including prescription eyewear, are not refundable as they are custom made for you. However, if they are not made properly or if there is any problem at all, we do have a 14 day remake policy. If you order any of our lens coatings, those come with either a 1 year or a 2 year accidental scratch remake warranty.
If you need to return/exchange an item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We will reply with return instructions and your necessary RMA number.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We have low international shipping rates, especially to Australia and Brazil.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
