Thank you for shopping with OutLaw Eyewear Inc. We are confident that we offer the finest sunglasses available today.

If you have a question about one of our products or please e-mail us at **sales@OutLawEyewear.com** (remove the *'s when emailing us). We respond very quickly to e-mail.

All OutLaw Eyewear Aluminum Sunglasses come with a 2 year warranty against Manufacturers Defects on the frame. Lenses are not covered by any warranty. Replacement lenses are available at a very reasonable cost.

We will repair or replace the frame at our option in a timely manner. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping to us, and for the shipping back to them. When sending in a repair, please include a check or money order made out to OutLaw Eyewear Inc. for $9 for Ground Shipping. 2 day shipping is available for $18.

To help speed up the process, we ask that the customer follow the following procedure for warranty service: 1. Email us at **returns@OutLawEyewear.com** requesting a Return Authorization number. Please explain the problem in great detail, and give us your name, order number, and phone number.

We will respond with an RMA number and the instructions for sending us the repair.

Lens Repair:

All OutLaw Eyewear sunglasses have customer replaceable lenses. If you should scratch your lenses, you can order replacement lenses from us at a very reasonable cost and install them yourself.
