Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may do an exchange for another product we carry within 14 days of your receipt provided we receive the product and all of its accompanied items back in 100% new and undamaged condition. The exchange period for products purchased in the December Holiday Season will be extended to reasonably cover holiday purchases. You may also opt for a refund of the product cost, less a 15% restocking fee, within 1 week of your receipt of the product.
Items that we receive for return or exchange that have any damage will be refused.

We will promptly respond with the return instructions and an RMA number that you need to clearly mark on the outside of the shipping box.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges back to OutLaw Eyewear Inc, and for the shipping back to them.
We recommend that the customer uses a reputable shipper and to select the appropriate insurance for all returns.

Please select Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day delivery on the Order Form. The shipping and handling charge will appear on your order during check out. We may, at our option, change the shipping carrier from what is displayed.
